Life has its up’s and downs, it has its troubles and its pleasures, It has its victories and its defeats. The Truth about our redemption is that no matter what life gives us we win. When financial troubles come, you have God’s promise to provide according to His riches in glory. When sickness or disease comes you have his promise of a long life full of healing and wellness. When a situation arises that you don’t know the answer to, God promises us wisdom if we but ask for it. And finally, When the pain and confusion rattles our faith to the core, God’s tender mercies and love are there to comfort us. To be a child of God is to be a winner. What the score board says at half time is not what counts, it’s what it says when the game ends that determines the victor. Don’t give up, don’t stop short, keeping running your race knowing that you have everything to gain and nothing to lose. You will have trials, defeats, and even suffering that you must face, but face them with the indomitable spirit of an overcomer. Yes, the midnight hour comes to all our lives, yes we are not immune because we are Christians, But we also know that no matter how dark it may look and feel, That the light of dawn will most certainly come. God is the light that comes forth at dawn; the hope of tomorrow, and the strength of today. Even if the worst this world has to offer were to strike your life, you still are going to live in paradise with God for all eternity. And on that fateful day, Where we all stand before God, we will hear “Well done my Good, and faithful servant”. You may not feel like you’ve been “faithful”. Perhaps you have made the most out of the gifts and talents that you have been given, or you’ve sin and made wrong choice after wrong choice, BUT Faithfulness is not about consistently making all the right choices, Faithfulness is getting back up after you make the wrong ones. Regardless of how many times you fail or fall and be faithful to stand back up and endeavor to not repeat your mistakes and spread
the good news and the hope that you possess in Christ. As a Christian you may experience minor setbacks, it may feel like you lost the first half of the game, but you have the luxury of know the final score! As a Christian YOU CANNOT LOOSE.
I feel like the Lord led me to end all my posts with this simple reminder: God bless you all, I hope you know I pray over my readers.
